This Brazilian coffee comes from Mogiana which is near the Mogi River in Brazil that separates the state of Minas from the State of Sao Paulo. Specifically, it is from farms near Pocos de Caldas in Mogiana. The coffee is quality specific, not farm specific, so it could come from any one of several farms in the area.
My husband and I stopped in to give this coffee shop near us a try. We were blown away by the coffee. We had the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and it was top tier. Jason understands how to roast coffees to bring out and preserve the complex flavors of the beans! Excellent place!
Just what I like for my morning coffee. Mild and smooth. Smells amazing as soon as you open the bag!
This Brazil light roast is one of the best coffees I've ever tasted. I know everyone's preferences for coffee are deeply personal but I would highly recommend this coffee!
